Affiliate Terms and Conditions for Archipelago Presets

Thank you for your interest in the Archipelago Presets Affiliate Program. By participating as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Program Overview

The Archipelago Presets Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn a commission by referring customers to purchase our products via a unique affiliate link. These terms set out the rules for participation, commission structures, and other relevant guidelines.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.

  • You must have an active website, blog, or social media platform.

  • Content associated with your platforms must align with Archipelago Presets’ brand values. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Sign-Up

  • To participate, you must complete and submit the Affiliate Program Application form. Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link to use in promoting our products.

  • By signing up, you agree to abide by these terms and promote Archipelago Presets responsibly and honestly.

4. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a 50% commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

  • Commissions are only earned on purchases made through the affiliate’s link and not on purchases made by the affiliate themselves or through fraudulent means.

  • Commission rates may vary for promotional periods or specific products, and Archipelago Presets reserves the right to change commission rates at any time with reasonable notice to affiliates.

5. Payments

  • Payments are made monthly, within [number] days after the end of each month, provided that the affiliate’s earnings meet the minimum threshold of [specify minimum payout amount].

  • Payments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details and are responsible for any associated transaction fees.

  • If the minimum threshold is not met, earnings will carry over to the next month until the minimum threshold is reached.

6. Prohibited Actions

Affiliates may not:

  • Use paid advertising, including PPC (pay-per-click), to promote affiliate links.

  • Misrepresent Archipelago Presets or make false claims about our products.

  • Use spam, misleading links, or cookie-stuffing to generate referrals.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while promoting our products.

  • Promote their own affiliate link on the Archipelago Facebook group.

  • Use their own affiliate link for personal purchases. Our system actively monitors for such activity, and any abuse of this policy will result in the forfeiture of commissions and immediate termination from the program.

Any violation of these prohibited actions may result in the immediate termination of the affiliate’s participation and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

7. Content Guidelines

  • Affiliates are encouraged to promote Archipelago Presets authentically, including their own photos, testimonials, or honest reviews of our products.

  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Archipelago Presets in all promotional materials, including but not limited to, “Affiliate of Archipelago Presets” or “I earn a commission from Archipelago Presets.”

  • Affiliates may not use offensive, illegal, or infringing content in their promotions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Archipelago Presets trademarks, logos, and content for the sole purpose of promoting our products under these terms.

  • Affiliates must not alter our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials in any way and must cease their use immediately upon termination of their participation in the program.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

  • Upon termination, the affiliate must stop using all links, logos, and other promotional materials related to Archipelago Presets.

  • Any pending unpaid commissions may be forfeited if an affiliate violates these terms.

  • Affiliates who do not generate any sales within a one-month period may be removed from the program at our discretion. This policy is implemented to ensure the effectiveness and mutual benefit of the affiliate program.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Archipelago Presets is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of revenue or profit, resulting from affiliate participation in the program.

  • We make no express or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to, its functionality, benefits, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Please note that Archipelago Presets is not responsible for affiliate link sales that do not register due to issues such as cookie blockers, browser settings, or other technical factors beyond our control.

11. Modification of Terms

  • Archipelago Presets reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes by email or through the affiliate platform.

  • Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of BC, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
